The service was brilliant with exceptional young men in the bar/restaurant, but reception staff were not as accommodating. The location, right beside the pitch, was fantastic for visitors seeking entertainment like the Illumination switch-on and pleasure beach. The dining experience provided a good variety of choices, though being self-service, it lacked a more personalized touch. Overall, a friendly and convenient hotel with room for improvement in certain areas.
